Contacting Facebook Support
If you're setting up a Facebook shop linked to your Madeit store, if you run into any trouble we're more than happy to help you troubleshoot any issues in Madeit Support, but because we don't have access to your Facebook commerce account it is sometimes faster to get to the bottom of issues by contacting Facebook directly. They do have a support team for their commerce features but it's not always easy to find, so following are some instructions on how you can get in touch with them:
1. Open Facebook Commerce and click on the question mark icon at the bottom left of the page
2. A Help window will open on the right and you can click on the 'Contact Facebook Support' button in that window.
3. You'll need to choose a topic, that you're enquiring about, and choose a more detailed topic from the list.
4. This will load the support form where you can enter your contact details, a description of the trouble you're having / your question, and upload any images or screenshots. You can also choose whether Facebook contacts you via email or chat. We recommend choosing Chat as this will give you the opportunity to speak with someone in real-time and get your issue resolved more quickly. If you choose the 'chat' option, Facebook will contact you via Facebook messenger within a few minutes.
