You will have a dedicated store page where you can upload your store banner. For best results ensure the image is 1400 x 225 px jpg or png files.

Store Logo

In your new store page you will have a space to add a logo.

Logo = 500x500 px under 250kb - jpg or png

Do I have to use a profile pic?

There is a dedicated spot for this on your new store page but it is not mandatory. You may choose to create an avatar or use your logo there.

Product Image Requirements

It is important to ensure your images meet the criteria in the terms and conditions
Main product image must be a single image with no text overlay
You can have up to 10 images per product. Think - Front, back, side, up-close, scale, features
Images are recommended to be square - 1024 x 1024 px with a max size of 2mb per image
The main image will always show square. Once you click into your product, rectangular images will show no problem but we still ask that all images are less than 2mb.
Files can be jpg or png type files.
There is incredible zoom capability on the platform so make sure you have crisp imagery
Make sure your images are light and bright so customers can see your product.

What happens if I load rectangular images?

The system will AUTOMATICALLY crop the image to the centre of your image for your main image. You can edit this if you go in and edit each image within the system, this may be very time consuming depending on your internet speed. When you click into the product, rectangular images will show on the product page. Please ensure ALL images are under 2mb.

What happens if I load images that are larger than 1024 x 1024 px? Eg 2000 x 2000

Will multiple images be able to be uploaded to a product at one time?

Yes! You can upload all 10 at one time. Image size and your internet speed will impact how smoothly this happens.

What happens if my images are larger than 2mb?

Image size has a HUGE impact on the overall platform and can slow things down considerably. Site speed affects our Google Rating and with over 30,000 active products on the site it is very important that you adhere to the image size of under 2mb.

Am I able to edit my images on the new platform?

Yes, you will be able to edit images on the platform (resize or crop) but this will need to be done individually image by image. Depending on your internet this may also be very slow. You may like to consider using Photoshop or something similar to bulk edit if you have a large number of images to resize.

Can I easily reorder my images?

Yes! It is a simple drag functionality.

Will I be able to upload images with my mobile?

Yes. The functionality and visibility for creating products will be easier via laptop or desktop but you can still do this via your mobile or tablet.
