Membership plans
Madeit is designed to simplify and supercharge your online presence and sales.
In order to do this we believe in a super simple subscription.
That means ZERO commissions and a very simple flat transaction fee of 2% + 35c for payment processing.
Subscriptions will be debited via a credit card that is processed with stripe and will need to be added by you when you join Madeit. Please note that Madeit does not hold any of your secure banking or credit card details. If you need to update your card details do not send these via email, these will need to be updated in your Seller dashboard.
PLEASE NOTE: It is a requirement, that all stores on Madeit have a paid subscription to remain active.

When are memberships paid?
Memberships are paid upon creating your account and each month thereafter.
You can check when your next membership is due in your Membership Plan tab in your account.
Can I change membership plans?
Upgrade monthly plan
You can upgrade your monthly subscription at any time. Simply select Plans from the top ribbon within your Madeit account and choose the new upgraded plan.
Send us an email at support@madeit.com.au to let us know you've upgraded.
Downgrade monthly plan
You can downgrade your monthly subscription the day prior to your subscription due date. Simply select Plans from the top ribbon within your Madeit account and choose the plan you wish to move to.
Send us an email at support@madeit.com.au to let us know you've downgraded.
I get an error when downgrading a plan
If you have more active products than is allowed in the plan you are downgrading to you will receive an error.
You can resolve this by going to your list of active products and disabling the amount required to meet the active product numbers for desired plan.
Holiday mode
For Artisan & Business memberships you can switch your store to holiday at any time. Your subscription payments are not paused during this time.
Cancel my plan/close my store
If you wish to cancel your plan/membership/subscription please email support@madeit.com.au
You will be required to provide 7 days notice.
Prior to emailing please ensure you:
- have fulfilled all customer orders
- have saved all information as access is removed & is not retrievable
- disable all products - they will be removed as part of the cancellation if you have not.
- understand any unused membership time is not refundable.
