Private Facebook Rules

Our Private Facebook Group is an additional tool available for all Madeit stores ⭐️

We will be sharing tips and tricks to amplify your store, improve your product listings and generate sales. This is a community group that has been set up by Madeit and is monitored by Madeit (support@madeit.com.au) and Madeit Moderators. All posts need to be approved.

In order to ensure that the energy and positivity in the group is maintained we have the following rules that must be followed in the group.

1 . Be Kind and Courteous

We're all in this together to create a welcoming and positive environment. Treat everyone with respect. While healthy debates are natural and encouraged, kindness is essential. Ranting, personal attacks, or negative comments against Madeit or fellow Artisans will not be tolerated.

2 . For Active Madeit Stores Only

This group is exclusively for active Madeit stores. If you no longer sell on Madeit, please remove yourself from the group. All personal profiles must have the same contact name as your account and a profile picture.

3 . Post Declined with Feedback

To ensure the group remains focused and relevant, we reserve the right to decline certain posts. If your post is declined, it's not a reflection on its importance. In some cases, if we can directly address your query or concern, we will send feedback to you personally rather than approve the post. We encourage you to check your notifications if a post is not approved, as we may have reached out with a solution or response.

4 . Respect Madeit's Business Decisions

Madeit.com.au, though dedicated to supporting the Artisan Makers, is a business entity that may make decisions that don't align with every Artisan's perspective. If you have complaints or concerns regarding these decisions, please email support@madeit.com.au. This group is not the place for voicing dissatisfaction with business decisions.

5 . Unsuitable Posts

6 . Contacting Madeit Admin

Feedback or questions intended for admin should not be posted here. Please email support@madeit.com.au. Avoid contacting admin privately via Facebook.

7 . No Promotions or Spam

Spam and irrelevant links are not allowed. This group is not intended for promoting your Madeit store, products, or Facebook page, and such promotional posts will be deleted. You can promote your Madeit store on the Madeit Facebook Page and our other group: Madeit Australian Makers Village.

8 . Report Issues Respectfully

If you encounter any issues within the group, please report them to the group administrators instead of addressing them publicly within the group. This helps maintain a respectful and constructive atmosphere.

9 . Failure to Comply

Members who repeatedly fail to comply with these rules may be removed from the group at the discretion of the Madeit admin and may also have their Madeit store account removed from the platform.
