Change email address

Please email support@madeit.com.au if you wish to change your email address.

This needs to be updated by our admin team.

• Note - this email needs to be the same as your Stripe email

Please let us know the following information:

• Store name
• Your full name
• Current email address
• New email address

We may in some cases request further information for security reasons.

Once changed the updated email will be used for:

• logging into your account
• payment of orders through Stripe payment system
• Email communication

Your password will be reset and a temporary password will be provided. You then change this password in your account profile by selecting Change Password.
