Help! I can't log in...


Here are a few things to help you log in ⭐️


You are trying to login in the wrong place

You are using a different email address

Your store was deactivated

Your store was not migrated



You are trying to login in the wrong place

On the new platform there is two places that you can log into your Artist dashboard;

  1. You can log in here. Please bookmark this page in your browser (save the link)
  2. You can log in through the front of the website but you must click to the Maker login.

You are using a different email address

Please make sure that you use the email address that is connected to your Madeit store. This can only be one email address. If you would like this changed, please contact support@madeit.com.au and we will update for you. We ask that when contacting us for assistance you email from the connected email account to help us with your enquiry and for security purposes.


Your store was deactivated

Artists that had not chosen a membership prior to launch have been deactivated. If you are unable to get access using your email address connected to your Madeit store we are unable to reactivate your store at this stage.

We invite you to join the waitlist for new stores on the platform, our virtual doors will re-open towards the end of September (TBC).


Your store was not migrated

The migration to the new platform has been a huge task! The only stores that were migrated were those that were live (not on holiday mode) and had at least one active product on the 16th July 2023.

We are unable to activate stores that were not migrated.

We invite you to join the waitlist for new stores on the platform, our virtual doors will re-open towards the end of September (TBC).
