My disabled products are showing in my store

If you find you have disabled listings showing in your store there is a quick easy way to remove them from your store front.

The system may have not synced and you may need to resync the listing so the connection pathway gets updated.

• Go to the disabled product in your product listing and Enable.

• Edit the listing and sync Inventory.

• Disable listing

Please allow sufficient time for the system to sync & update.

Check your store front to ensure the disabled listing is no longer visible.
