RESOLVED —- Unable to edit products in your seller dashboard. We are aware of the issue and it is being worked on. We expect this to be resolved within 24 hours. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
RESOLVED —- Create new passwords or reset passwords temporarily unavailable. A fix is being worked on currently and when this is complete emails will resume to enable password emails to be sent successfully.
Were your products unapproved by admin?
Please note: You may have had products unapproved by Madeit admin. If a message wasn't shown when it was unapproved and your product included images, designs, titles, descriptions etc of trademarked or licenced products they have been removed from the website.
This product has been unapproved as it features licensed or branded imagery. Please note this is very important, as branded imagery is strictly not allowed on Madeit and impacts payouts to artists via stripe.

FUTURE WORK:
The next 3 months in the lead up to Christmas our pure focus is on attracting new customers to Madeit to open up your reach and sales. We’ll continue to roll out technology updates in the background, but our energy is on positioning Madeit as the home for conscious shopping and driving more buyers to the platform.
International shipping remains on the roadmap, however with global tariff changes our priority is to nurture and grow the Australian customer base first.

International Shipping Once our UPGRADED Seller Dashboard (above) is complete, we will be adding International Shipping. This will be rolled out with individual regions to begin. Eg NZ. USA needs a little investigation regarding tariffs and the best way to treat these. |
