April 2025 has a number of public holidays and there will be some adjustments that need to be considered during this time.

Friday 18th April - Good Friday

Monday 22nd April - Easter Monday

Friday 25th April - Anzac Day

Please note that our support hours will be reduced over the Easter and Anzac Day public holidays. During this time, responses may take a little longer than usual. Rest assured, we’ll be working to respond to all emails as quickly as possible during our regular business hours.

Order payouts

Temporary adjustment to order payout dates due to public holidays

Thursday 17th April - payout fulfilled orders up to 13th April

Tuesday 22nd April - payout fulfilled orders up to 17th April

Thursday 24th April - payout fulfilled orders up to 20th April

Tuesday 29th April - payout fulfilled orders up to 24th April

Shipping times may be affected for your customers

Please be aware that public holidays over the Easter period may cause some delays in shipping times. We recommend letting your customers know in advance, so they can order early or are aware of any potential delays. Clear communication helps manage expectations and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
