Setting Up Flat Rate Shipping

1. Access Shipping Settings 0:00
- Go to your dashboard.
- If shipping is not set up, a notification will appear.
- Alternatively, navigate to Settings > Shipping.
2. Add Standard Shipping Rate 0:25
- Click on Add Rate.
- Name the rate Standard.
- Set the flat rate to $10 for any order.
- In the description, write Standard Shipping (this is what customers will see at checkout).
- Set the minimum order price to $1 (no maximum limit).
- Click Save.
3. Add Express Shipping Rate 1:12
- Click on Add Rate again.
- Name the rate Express.
- Set the flat rate to $15 for express shipping.
- In the description, write Express Shipping (this is what customers will see at checkout).
- Set the minimum order price to $1 (no maximum limit).
- Click Save.
4. Review Shipping Options 1:44
- You now have:
- Standard Shipping: $10 for orders above $1.
- Express Shipping: $15 for orders above $1.
- Test the rates by entering a cart value (e.g., $49) to see the shipping options.
5. Consider Other Shipping Options 2:08
- You can customize rates further (e.g., offer free shipping).
- Additional shipping options will be covered in future videos.

- Click 'Add Rate' to set up standard shipping.

- Set minimum order price to $100, with no maximum price.
- Label it as 'Free Standard Shipping over $100' and save.

- Check the cart to verify shipping rates:
- For $99 order: $10 shipping.
- For $101 order: Free shipping.
6. Setting Up Express Shipping Rate 2:04
- Add Express Shipping rate at $15 for orders from $1 to $99.99.

- Optionally, set an upgrade for express shipping for orders over $100.
- Label it clearly for customer understanding.

- Save all shipping rates.
- Review and adjust rates as necessary.

- Check the cart for express shipping:
- For $101 order: $5 for express shipping.
- For $56 order: $10 standard and $15 express shipping.
