Setting Up Weight-Based Shipping

1. Access Shipping Settings 0:00

  • Navigate to your settings.
  • Click on the 'Shipping' section.

2. Select Shipping Zone 0:12

  • Ensure your shipping zone is set to Australia.

3. Add Shipping Rate 0:30


  • Click on 'Add Rate'.
  • Ensure all products have a weight assigned for weight-based shipping.

4. Choose Shipping Method 0:38

  • Select 'Standard Shipping'.
  • Set the rate to $12.95.

5. Set Weight Range for Shipping 0:48

  • Choose 'Standard shipping based on order weight'.
  • Set minimum weight to 0.01 kg.
  • Set maximum weight to 0.499 kg (for 500g bag).

6. Add Additional Weight Rate 1:20

  • Click 'Add Rate' again.
  • Set rate to $14.95 for the next weight range.

7. Define Weight Limits 1:32

  • Set minimum weight to 0.500 kg.
  • Set maximum weight to 5 kg.

8. Add Further Weight Options 2:09

  • Add another rate for weights above 5 kg.
  • Set minimum weight to 5 kg and maximum to 4.99 kg.

9. Save Shipping Rates 2:37

  • Ensure all rates and weights are correctly set.
  • Click 'Save'.

  • Example: For 2.4 kg, the shipping should show $14.95.
