Cancel | refund | return Order

As all orders are processed via Madeit's centralised checkout any requests for cancellations, refunds and returns need to be processed through Madeit.

What we need to know:

• order number
• amount for refund
• reason for cancellation, refund or return

Please allow 24-48 hours for your request to be processed

If the order has been fulfilled and the order has been paid to you we will contact you directly about the repayment of the order amount.
