Membership Management Guide

1. Access Membership Settings 0:02

• Go to your dashboard.
• Navigate to the settings menu.
• Click on the sub-menu labeled 'Membership'.

2. View Current Membership Plan 0:25

• A box will display your current membership plan.
• The current plan will be highlighted in blue.

3. Change Membership Plan (if desired) 0:37

• If you want to change your plan, select a new plan from the options.
• Click on 'Update Subscription' to confirm the change.

4. Check Next Billing Date and Amount Due 1:28

• Click on 'My Billing' to view billing details.

  The page will show:

  • Current plan and monthly fee.
  • Next payment due date.
  • Amount due (including any pro rata charges).

5. Update Payment Method 2:20

• Scroll to the bottom to see current payment methods.
• To add a new payment method, click 'Add Payment Method'.

6. Add New Payment Method 2:57

• A box will pop up for you to enter card details.
• You may also choose to set up direct debit or Google Pay.
• Ensure to hit 'Save' after entering details.

7. Change Default Payment Method 3:35

• Click on the edit icon next to your payment methods.
• Select the desired payment method from the list.
• Click 'Update' to set it as the default.
