How to Enable and Disable Holiday Mode in Your Dashboard

1. Access Holiday Mode Settings 0:00
- Go to your dashboard.
- Click on the 'Settings' menu option.
- Select 'Account' from the sub-menu.
2. Enable Holiday Mode 0:12
- Locate the 'Holiday Mode' section at the top.
- If it is greyed out, it is currently off.
- To switch it on, click the toggle to turn it green.
3. Set Holiday Dates 0:20
- Enter your holiday start date and end date.
- This will inform customers of potential shipping delays during these dates.
4. Customize Customer Message 0:40
- Add a message for customers to see on your product page.
- This message will appear during the holiday period.
5. Save Your Changes 0:51
- Click 'Save' to enable holiday mode and save your message.
- If you edit the message later, you will need to save again.
6. Manage Product Availability 1:12
- Products will still be available for sale during your holiday.
- If you are away for an extended period, consider disabling your products.
7. Disable Holiday Mode After Your Return 1:36
- When back from holiday, return to the 'Settings' menu.
- Go to 'Account' and find the 'Holiday Mode' section again.
- Toggle it off and click 'Save' to resume normal operations.
