1. Overview of the Dashboard 0:00
Upon logging in, you will see a snapshot of your sales.
Default view is set to the last 30 days, but you can adjust it to:
- Last month
- This month
- This year
- Note: The example shown is a test store with minimal data.
2. Quick Access Notifications 0:30
- The dashboard displays notifications for:
- Orders to fulfill (indicated by a pulsing red light).
- Quick access to order and product sections.
3. Accessing Products 0:48
- You can view:
- Live products
- Pending products
- Easily switch between pending and live products.
4. Menu Options 1:29
- The menu includes:
- Dashboard: Returns to the main page.
- Products: View and manage products (search by title, stock status, etc.).
- Orders: Search by order number, fulfillment type, and export to CSV.
5. Finance Section 2:00
- Displays order payment status:
- Unpaid orders (unpaid to you as the seller).
- Total sales and unpaid amounts.
- Search functionality available by name or order number.
6. Messaging System 3:00
- Access messages related to products.
- Notifications for outstanding messages are indicated by a red circle.
7. Settings Menu 3:24
- The settings menu includes:
- Seller Page: Update your seller description, name, profile picture, policies, store logo, and social media links.
- Shipping: Manage shipping settings (details in a separate video).
- Discounts: Set up discounts for your products.
- Payouts: View your order payouts.
- Membership: Check your current membership and upgrade options.
- Account: Manage holiday mode settings and sign out.
