Guide to Resetting Your Password on the Upgraded Dashboard

Step 1: Access the Dashboard 0:00

Log into the upgraded dashboard using the URL provided in the email you received.

Step 2: Initiate Password Reset 0:09

Scroll to the bottom of the login page.
Click on the 'Lost your password?' link.

Step 3: Enter Your Email 0:16

Input the email address associated with your Mated account.
Click on 'Send me the code'.

Step 4: Retrieve the Code 0:25

Check your email for a message from 'no reply@madeit.com.au'.
Find the code sent to you.

Step 5: Set a New Password 0:42

Enter the received code in the designated field.
Create a new password and confirm it by entering it again.

Step 6: Finalize Password Change 0:42

Click on 'Change password' to complete the process.
Log in with your new password.
