Important Update: Your Subscription Has Not Been Cancelled
As part of the final stages of our platform upgrade, a technical glitch overnight caused a large number of artisan subscriptions to be unintentionally marked as cancelled.
You may have received this email:
We want to reassure you that your subscription is not cancelled and you will not lose access to your account or your store.
What’s happening:
A new subscription is being created for you.
It might look like a brand new subscription, but don’t worry it will align with your original payment date. So if your original payment came out on the 15th of the month, the new subscription will reflect that same cycle.
What you need to know:
- You won’t be double-charged
- You won’t lose any access
- If anything looks off, we’ll fix it fast and refund anything needed
- There’s no action required unless something looks unusual
We are working on this right now and will update you as soon as new subscriptions are created.
There may be a short delay in responses in email but please trust we’re across it, and we’ll always make it right.
