Seller Profile Page Set up
Please note: Once you approve your seller page, Madeit will be notified to publish your page. This may take 1 business day. Once your store is live and you have added products, it can take up to 12hrs for your products to then show in your store 😊
1. Accessing the Seller Page 0:19
- Log into your store dashboard.
- Locate the notifications or go to the settings menu.
- Click on the seller page option to open it.
2. Completing Required Information 0:34
- Fill out all fields marked with an asterisk (*).
- Enter your full name (first and last) for admin purposes.
3. Setting Up Store Name and Description 1:20
- Ensure your store name matches the name used in your application.
- Write a store description that informs customers about your products and brand.
4. Adding Profile Picture and Store Logo 2:16
- Upload a high-quality profile picture (round format).
- Upload your store logo from your saved files.
5. Entering Address and Contact Information 3:12
- Input your seller address (not displayed externally).
- Provide a contact phone number.
6. Specifying Delivery and Return Information 4:08
- Optionally, indicate delivery days (e.g., 1 to 3 days).
- Specify return and refund policies if applicable.
7. Adding Delivery Method and Additional Information 5:20
- Indicate your delivery method (e.g., Australia Post).
- Use the additional information section for product-specific details.
8. Linking Social Media Profiles 6:08
- Optionally, add links to your social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Ensure URLs are correct.
9. Saving Your Seller Page 7:01
- Review all entered information to ensure completeness.
- Click 'Save' to finalize your seller page.
10. Requesting Review and Publishing 7:54
- After saving, check your store's live view to confirm setup.
- If everything looks good, your seller page will be published.

- Ensure all required fields are completed before saving.
- Double-check the accuracy of your contact information and policies.

- Use high-quality images for your profile and logo to enhance your store's appearance.
- Review other sellers' pages for inspiration on descriptions and policies.
Check your MadeIt Store LIVE and find your MadeIt Store URL
- Select SETTINGS from your MadeIt Store seller dashboard; on the right-hand side, you'll see a status section to the right. There is a SEE LIVE button. Click that and you will be taken to your MadeIt Store (if you have published it per above). Your MadeIt Store will then appear. At the top of your MadeIt Store, you'll be able to copy the website URL - this is what you should use for sharing your MadeIt Store to your social media profiles.
