  • set up Express Shipping Upgrade as an additional option to Free Shipping
  • Add the FREE SHIPPING tag to your product listings

Setting Up Free Shipping for Your Store

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to set up free shipping and express shipping options in your store's dashboard.

Key Steps


1. Access Shipping Settings 0:00

  • Navigate to your store's dashboard.
  • Click on the Settings tab.
  • From the drop-down menu, select Shipping.

2. Add Free Standard Shipping Rate 0:18

  • Locate the Rates section.
  • Click on Add Rate.
  • Select Standard shipping option.
  • Set the price to $0.
  • Enter the description as Free Standard Sheet Music.
  • Leave the Based on Order Price option as is (no minimum or maximum).
  • Click Save.

3. Add Express Shipping Option 1:15

  • Click on Add Rate again.
  • Choose Express shipping option.
  • Set the price to $5.
  • Enter the description as Upgrade to Express Shipping.
  • Leave the Based on Order Price option as is (no minimum or maximum).
  • Click Save.

4. Tag Products for Free Shipping 1:38

  • Go to the Products section in your dashboard.
  • Select the product you want to tag (e.g., a test product).
  • Scroll down to the Specification Panel.
  • Find and select the tag labeled Free Shipping.
  • Click Save.
