Order Payouts & Onboarding Stripe account

Orders are paid on Tuesdays and Fridays for fulfilled orders placed up to 3 business days ago.

Please check your seller dashboard prior to emailing support@madeit.com.au for paid orders and allow the full business day before emailing about your order.

Payouts are made to your connected Stripe account and you will need to check your Stripe account for the arrangement you have set up for disbursement of those funds.

How to Onboard Your Stripe Account for Payouts


1. Access the Payouts Settings 0:00

  • Go to your dashboard.
  • Navigate to the settings menu.
  • Select the sub-menu labeled 'Payouts'.

2. Start the Onboarding Process 0:15

  • Click on 'Start Onboarding'.
  • Wait for the connection process to initiate.

3. Enter Your Email Address 0:37

  • Input the email address that is associated with both your Madeit and Stripe accounts.
  • Ensure that the email is the same for both accounts.

4. Submit Your Email 0:48

  • After entering your email, click 'Submit'.
  • You will receive a verification code via text or your chosen method.

5. Verify Your Account 1:15

  • Enter the verification code you received.
  • This step is a security measure.

6. Complete the Onboarding Questions 1:30

  • Answer the series of questions presented during the onboarding process.
  • Note: You may have answered these questions before, but they are necessary for the connection.

7. Confirm Your Information 1:49

  • After entering all required information, review it for accuracy.
  • Click 'Agree and Submit' to finalize the onboarding.

8. Check Your Account Status 2:10

  • You will receive a message confirming that your account is onboarded.
  • Return to your Madeit dashboard and check under 'Payouts' to see your payout setup and transaction list.

Select Update my Verification information and follow the prompts via Stripe. Please allow 24 hours for this to update.
