How to Fulfill an Order

1. Log into Your Dashboard 0:00

  • Access your dashboard.
  • Look for unfulfilled orders displayed on the screen.

2. Navigate to Orders Menu 0:15

  • Alternatively, you can go to the menu option labeled 'Orders'.
  • Click on it to view all orders.

3. View Unfulfilled Orders 0:22

  • The orders will be displayed with their status.
  • You can filter to show only unfulfilled orders.

4. Select an Order to Fulfill 0:36

  • Click on the order number (indicated by a clickable link).
  • This will open the order details.

  • Check the order contents, shipping details, customer information, and financial details (transaction charge and payout). Note - the "shipping address" is who you will be posting the item to. This can differ from the "Billing" person as often people buy and have their order sent direct to the receiver. Be sure to include the "shipping address" phone number on your parcel.

6. Fulfill the Order 1:24

  • Click on 'Fulfill Item'.
  • Enter the tracking number (optional but recommended).
  • Select the shipping carrier (default is Australia Post).

7. Complete Fulfillment 1:52

  • Click 'Fulfill' to finalize the order.
  • The order status will change to 'Fulfilled'.

8. Refresh Order Screen 2:00

  • Return to the order screen to see the updated status.
  • Confirm that the order is now marked as fulfilled.

9. Reviews - How can customers leave you a review ?

Customers should receive an email 7-10 days after purchase with a link for them to submit their review. 

The email will be sent from "support@madeit.com.au" and the subject will be "Artisans don’t just read your review"

The email will have a link for them to submit their review, and they can also include videos and/or photos.

If they do not submit a review within a further 4 days, a follow up email will be sent.


10. Payment - When will you be paid for the order ?

Payment is made AFTER you have fulfilled the order.  After 3 business days have passed after you have fulfilled the order, payments are released on the next Tuesday or Friday.  Payment goes direct to the account which your stripe is linked to - be sure you have your stripe set up as automatically being paid.  Once payment has been made, you will receive an email from "Stripe"  (notifications@stripe.com) advising you that payment is on the way, and when it is likely to be received.  Payouts also appear in your "Settings, Payout" section of your dashboard.
