How to Fulfill an Order

1. Log into Your Dashboard 0:00
- Access your dashboard.
- Look for unfulfilled orders displayed on the screen.
2. Navigate to Orders Menu 0:15
- Alternatively, you can go to the menu option labeled 'Orders'.
- Click on it to view all orders.
3. View Unfulfilled Orders 0:22
- The orders will be displayed with their status.
- You can filter to show only unfulfilled orders.
4. Select an Order to Fulfill 0:36
- Click on the order number (indicated by a clickable link).
- This will open the order details.
5. Review Order Details 1:04
- Check the order contents, shipping details, customer information, and financial details (transaction charge and payout).
6. Fulfill the Order 1:24
- Click on 'Fulfill Item'.
- Enter the tracking number (optional but recommended).
- Select the shipping carrier (default is Australia Post).
7. Complete Fulfillment 1:52
- Click 'Fulfill' to finalize the order.
- The order status will change to 'Fulfilled'.
8. Refresh Order Screen 2:00
- Return to the order screen to see the updated status.
- Confirm that the order is now marked as fulfilled.
