Guide to Adding a Product with Multiple Variants

1. Access the Product Screen 0:00
- From your dashboard, navigate to the menu option labeled 'Products'.
- Click on 'Add Product' located in the top right corner.
2. Enter Basic Product Information 0:10
- Fill in the product title and description.
- Add a hero image for the product.
3. Set Up Variants 0:25
- Go to the variants panel and click 'Add Option'.
- Define the first option (e.g., Color) and enter the variant values (e.g., Pink and Purple).
4. Add Images and Pricing for Variants 1:04
- Assign images to each variant if needed.
- Set pricing and inventory for each variant.
5. Save Your Progress 1:44
- Click 'Save' to save your progress. Note that the product will still be pending approval.
6. Add Additional Variants 2:14
- If needed, click 'Add Another Option' to add more variants (e.g., Size).
- Define the new option (e.g., Size) and its values (e.g., Small and Medium).
7. Update Images and Pricing for New Variants 3:00
- For each variant, you can update images, pricing, and inventory.
8. Add More Colour Variants 4:40
- To add another color, click on the color variant option and select 'Add Another Value'.
- Enter the new color (e.g., White) and continue.
9. Adjust Variant Preferences 5:37
- You can rearrange the order of how variants are displayed (e.g., Size first, then Color).
10. Approve the Product 6:06
- When ready, go to the actions menu and select 'Approve Product' to finalize.
