Enter your Store Name* - your business name - no symbols, glyphs.

Enter Store Description* - Who you are, what you do, why customers buy from you, where you create. This is your space to tell your handmade story for your customers to connect with you

Add Profile Picture* - A clear photo of you builds trust and connection. Square image works best here.

Add Shop Logo* - No logo yet? Start simple, you can update this anytime. Displays as a square image.

Your First Name (public)* - Make it easy for customers to connect with you by sharing your first name.

Delivery & Returns 🚚

Delivery Days - Let customers know when you ship their order. Eg Your order will be shipped within 1 business day.

Delivery Method - What postal method will you use? Australia Post?

Delivery Time - How long does delivery usually take? 5 to 7 business days is common for standard post.

Other information - Is there anything else customers need to know about ordering from you?

Returns & Refunds policy - Start simple. Eg: We offer refunds for faulty items in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Enter your email address - please use the same email you used when applying

Verify your personal details - enter as required.

Business Details page

Industry - choose the most appropriate for your products

Your website - you can add madeit.com.au as you will selling your items on Madeit's website.

Bank details - Add BSB, Account and confirm Account Number

Review & Submit - check details and select Agree and Submit - you will be taken back to the onboarding steps.

Shipping Set up 📦

Start with a simple Shipping set up - you can revisit and edit at a later stage.

Select Add rate

To offer Free Shipping - select Standard Shipping, Price = $0, Description = Free Shipping - SAVE

To offer a flat rate of $10 - select Standard Shipping, Price = $10, Description = Standard Shipping

Your set up is complete

Be sure to select SUBMIT

You'll be automatically logged into your Seller Dashboard.
