The conversation this week was HUGE. We received some pretty cutting feedback from a customer about the use of ai imagery and the impact on handmade which opened up the floor for how we navigate this space of exploding ai as handmade artisans.

Analytics 🚀
We have been working behind the scenes on getting you analytics about your store and products and they are now here!!! If you log into your Madeit dashboard, they are right there 🚀
👉🏽 Please note we are unable to back date the data so it will take time to be able to view the 30/90 days etc. The data is only visible from this week.
Website edits and updates
As always we are continuously improving Madeit and the experience for you and your customers!
Here's a little peak of what we have been working on;
- Holiday/setup message in stores that have products hidden
- Updated Holiday message on your products - much prettier!
- Open full view on images - mobile & desktop
- Availability updated to match the variant. Eg if you have different variants with different units it will show accordingly
- Write a review customers can leave a review by simply heading to your product page and scrolling down to write a review. We will be sending the emails but a great way to instruct customers who can't find the email or are eager to review before the email!
Improved Payouts 🤩
We are very excited to announce that we are now able to make payouts on Tuesday and Friday with all orders that have been fulfilled up until the day before!!

This has been due to funds being cleared more swiftly through Stripe, awesome outcome.
Memberships updated
We have updated our Membership Options.
If you are on the Starter or Artisan plan, this will not be visible in your dashboard but will show in Stripe. These plans will be switched over 1st Feb 2027.
